Anthony Dell, Executive Vice President and Global Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer for Ares Management, is responsible for the all regulatory risk management and compliance functions across the global organization, including U.S. and non-U.S. businesses. Before joining Ares in August 2011, Anthony was Chief Compliance Officer at Russell Investments. Prior to this, he served in various roles at Fidelity Investments, including legal, compliance, institutional relationship management, and product development.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy from Boston College, a J.D. cum laude from Suffolk University School of Law, and an LL.M. in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University
